Thanks Fester (like the name)

I was hoping there would be a check box at the Dell Steak client side but i guess i can take the time to logon to the real client and mass delete and then resync.
The Streak does show drilldown folders ( In, Draft, Outbox, Sent and Trash folders) . I even see these for the Hotmail/Live.com mail account on my Streak.
My screen looks like this layout:
Top: Combined Inbox (i have 4 accounts set up)
Top: Starred
Accounts:
Home DSL Email Acct: (then to far right end of the screen: a white drilldown folder. click it to get "Inbox, Outbox, Draft, Sent and Trash" folders.
ATT.net Account: (same as above)
Hotmail Account: (same as above)
email 4
Second Gmail account but not the primary gmail: (same as above)
when i click on the white folder to the far right of each mailbox, i see all the emails there were sent and deleted but, cnt mass delete at the streak siide.
Your suggeston works so no biggie.
Thanks
