2120 Screen Upgrade to Touchscreen -

Is it possible to replace a standard screen on a 2120 with a touchscreen? I recently purchased a used 2120 with the 1024x600 resolution screen and would like to replace it with a touchscreen which as far as I can tell only comes in 1366x786 resolution.
I saw a video on youtube on how to replace the entire screen assembly including the ribbon cables. Is there anything extra that I would have to do when upgrading to a touchscreen other than installing the touchscreen drivers? Thanks! |
