I'll take a look at it and add it in (assuming it works well).
Do you know what is necessary to make it work without SleepWatcher ?

Rarely, it doesn't load it on wake from sleep.

Thanks

It works OK, audio is not as responsive as the version included with NBI. I tried it, but removed it. I had issues with Sleepwatcher.

Otherwise, on boot everything was functional. There is a tiny bit of background static when using headphones, but nowhere near as bad as with the Voodoo kext.

Yes, I can patch it so that sleep watcher isn't needed.

There's something in the Applescript in the rc.wakeup that keeps choking, and it looks to be specifically the "set pane id" line. Looks good, but won't take. Strange.

Other issue for me is that the unload is not happening due to dependencies.

Oh well, good enough for now. I'll get back to this later some time in the coming days.
It looks like it is looking for the AppleHDA.kext to be at /System/Library/Extensions but I do not have it there since I placed it into the /Extra/Mini9Ext folder. Should I change to script to reflect that or copy the AppleHDA.kext to the /System/Library/Extensions ?

I changed the path in the script to /Extra/Mini9Ext/

Okay I copied the kext to the other folder and it works also.

Working. I tucked it into /System/Library/Extensions. Updater.app and Kext Helper seem to have some strange interactions but a bit of persistence worked.

Tried specifying both locations the other day with no luck, so, it's not really path specific. The kextunload tries to unload from /Extra/Mini9Ext, just comes up with errors.

One thing I didn't try in the script was to unload both from /Extra and /System/Library.

I just need to find some time to try some different combinations of things.
