How to do clean windows 7 install on mini 10v -

Hi all,
I currently have a mini 10v that was hackintoshed but now will not boot due to unknown issues. Sometimes it boots up, sometimes it doesn't. It has no other OS on it. I also have a macbook running mountain lion. All I am looking to do is to create a windows 7 usb on mountain lion that will boot on the mini 10v. I have a windows 7 .img file, a windows 7 .iso file, and would like to know if anyone has any idea on how I can create a usb that boots this stuff. I do not own a computer that runs windows at all.
