chahn Junior Member Posts: 3 Join Date: Sep 2010	08-29-2011, 06:18 AM Do you ever see the image of a hard drive after the Dell screen disappears? If so, you can press the down arrow to get the menu and then without choosing a menu option just start typing "recovery=y" and then hit enter.
