Just wanted to update and say that I bought a HuaWei EM770U (3g) and a HuaWei EM820U (4g) and both work just fine, drivers installed via windows up.

very nice! Thanks for the update! Does it require the broadband T-Mobile plan (ie prepaid $30/month 1GB data plan) or does it work with regular phone plans (ie prepaid $30 100min unlim txt, unlim 4G up; to 5GB)?
