This is it!!!!! This is what I wanted....10" larger keyboard than mini9, 2gb ram, 16ssd (cheapest alternative to boot), option for 3x3 agn wireless card, bt option....and options for a touchscreen....rugged. If it truly has no fan, this is what I really wanted instead of the mini 9....and the cost is not outrageous, roughly $100 more than my mini 9 with the 2gb and wireless card upgrade. What is the connection for the ssd....I hope it isnt the PCI e so we can have more ssd choices on upgrades (I would imagine so since it has hdd options).

Perhaps my mini will break soon.

Fascinating - when I click on that link, the page starts to load with the description and then jumps to a "page not found" page.

We are ordering 50 of them -- one of our clients is a school district. I'm going to be getting my mitts on one for testing purposes

It's annoying that this model is only available from their Education site. It should at least be part of their Small Business line.

I was just informed that Dell is only offering it to education accounts for about a month. They're ramping up production, and will make it "generally" available later.

Hmmm. The question now is...Do I cancel my order for the 10v, and wait for these to trickle down? Or, go ahead with the 10v, and call it a day?

If I knew exactly how long it will be, that would help the decision.

The answer to this for me would be contingent on whether this one will run OS X.
