i'm getting a ssd for my duo, should i get a sata ii or sata iii drive?

i know that both will work, but i'm not sure if the duo's motherboard supports the speed features of the sata iii specs. i'm guessing not, but thought i'd double check.

I just called Dell support to ask them about this.. After I told them what I was looking for, they put me on hold for 3 minutes, then came back on to try to convince me that upgrading the hard drive is a bad idea, and that it will result in slowdowns on my computer.. Helpful right?

Then he finally came back on and said SATA ii would be the way to go. So, SATA ii it is, hope somebody finds this useful!
