So I want to start this thread and maybe with the help of the hole community we always get the latest drivers.

So let's start:

Thanks! Is it possible for the mods to sticky this? That would be a big help!

I cannot get WWAN driver (R254204.exe) to work ('authentication failed' message). Has anyone got any luck with it?

@aszu

Can you send me your VID and PID from the 5530 network wwan.
I want to check. Because for me it is working.
Mine is: USB\Vid_413c&Pid_8147&Rev_0000&Mi_07&Os_NT&wwan

Do you have a 5730 or other wwan card? Maybe you can insert a picture of your device manager.

Thank you. Zero

Many thanks Zero for your input.

As you suggested, installing R251276 package first and then updating to R254204 has solved the problem.

I really recommend this R254204 WWAN driver instead of officially available for Mini 1010. On the official one I have got countless problems - BSODs, random connection drops, WWAN connection disappearing after standby/hibernation etc. These issues seems to be resolved now.

Keep up the good work Zero!

What about the GPS drivers? Is there links to any new ones? I just have the original ones from dell that they removed from their site.

GPS drivers are included in WWAN 5530 package - GPS and WWAN are part of the same chip.

@mabru2001

You mean the GPS only card - GPS 700 or so it was named.
I only used the win xp driver also for win 7.
I will have a look for that.

Can you give me the pid and vid.
Thanks a lot.

Greetings Zero
