Kernel Panic after clicking "Mac OSX install dvd" - 03-16-2014, 02:12 PM

I have not yet installed mac osx on my dell mini 10v because everytime I press Enter on "Mac OSX install dvd" It always shows the apple logo for two seconds and kernel panics. Something it says is

panic(cpu 0 caller 0x1b487459): "Unsupported CPU: family = 0x6, model = 0x1c, stepping = 0x2"@/SourceCache/AppleIntelCPUPowerManagment/AppleInterCPUPowerManagment-90/pmProcessor.c:210
Then a whole bunch of numbers and some of them are covered with the message "You need to restart your computer."
