I bought the Windows 8 pro upgrade disk(s).
I have had so many problems that I want to uninstall and go back to the factory restore option. Since I don't have a disk from Dell, it's been a bear. I keep going round and round with the recovery screen on start up. I am unable to select any of the options. Is there a way for me to get into CMD and restore from there? I can't even get into Safe Mode, just this screen each time. With or with the Windows 8 DVD in drive. would have been cheaper to just buy the full version of Windows 8 in the 1st place huh?, but yes that should work fine

To be honest, I got windoes 8 pro with $80.00 worth of Staples rewards. So it didn't cost me anything. I have a friend who might take it of my hands for $50. In the meantime, it installed, but now it thinks its a fresh install, so will not activate the product key code. Will keep an eye on it. If it gives me issues I will get the full version. Thanks for all your help!
