There is a OSX booting disk logo only. (holding the Shift key)

luckily, I have created a system recovery WIN7 CD before.

At the command prompt. typed the following:

diskpart
select disk 0
list part

Partition # SIZE OFFSET
Partition 1 19KB 512B
Partition 2 200MB 20KB
partition 3 19GB 200MB OSX
Partition 4 8GB 19GB WIN7

select part 4
active
exit

Rebooting,
I can't see any changes.

What's the problem?
For all other useful posts, I couldn't solve this booting mystery.

Could you tip me off please?
I would appreciate it!
