There is a reinstallation guide here: Drivers and Downloads | Dell [United States] Here is the package for the Camera: Drivers and Downloads | Dell [United States] I would recommend ensuring you have the latest BIOS and resetting the BIOS as well. On Windows 8, the camera installed as "Integrated Webcam" using the Microsoft Driver. When I open the Dell Camera App, in the bottom left corner, I can choose the device. I have: 1. Integrated WebCam 2. Laptop Integrated WebCam 5M 3. Laptop Integrated WebCam HD There is a rotation button on the upper right that allows you to switch between the front and rear camera. The LED next to the camera should also light up when the camera is turned on. Also, when I go into Skype, I get the same options for cameras. Perhaps try checking for errored device installations in Device Manager and reinstalling the Camera App. dootndo2 |

Drivers and Downloads | Dell [United States] Select the Latitude ST as the product. On the following screen, one of the links is Manuals. 1. The Tablet is not a phone per se. You should use Skype if you want it to make phone calls. If you have the WWAN setup, it is used for High Speed data. The SIM card is used to connect to your provider. 2. Download and install the Dell Camera software. Open it and change the camera. There is an icon that looks like a camera with two circular arrows around it. That is what is used to switch. 3. I believe if your WWAN has Gobi, you can use A-GPS that is provided by the cell carrier. I currently use a Garmin Bluetooth GPS device. dootndo2 |

![]() Hello again,
I am using Windows 7. I didn't just look in the start menu - I checked in "Program Files", nothing. If you have this working, can you please email me the EXE as an attachment (just rename it to say TXT or else the email program will not accept it) My direct email is : alex.evans@iinet.net.au Cheers |

![]() Here is the location of the Camera Software. It is not very well notated on the site.
Drivers and Downloads | Dell [United States] When you look in the downloads section, select Windows 7 32 bit and look for: Dell SRV,SW,CMRA,LAT,ST dootndo2 |

![]() Hi,
Yes, if you look at my previous post, you will see that I did that already several times. The link you are pointing me to, downloads "NJ0X3_A04_ZPE.exe" which I did , unpacked and installed by now for the 4th time. Can you please look in your Program Files-> SMI->Virtual Webcam->Driver Package sub folder and check out which EXE files you have in there, I am missing one of them that you probably have. I have the five following files: executebatch-win.exe selectcamera.exe smyregistrytool.exe smiservicewrapper.exe xyntservice.exe If you have the same, it means that on my tablet I have already all the software modules, but something else is wrong??? Cheers Alex |
