You can use Chat or you can even phone the sales department. Just provide the agent with the part number and ask them for the price and make sure you get the discription to ensure it is the correct part. There no speical link or site you need to go to. All these parts are able to be ordered. If you have issues getting a part ask to switch to a new sales agent because the one your talking to might not know what they are doing " Which is common" in dell sells.

See the funny thing is. I ordered my mini with out the bluetooth as well. About 1 week ago I did order the part with no issues. I am not sure why everyone is having issues. If you are having a issue we can do a 3 way call to dell or something so we can get you the part you need.

I am just a Tech support agent. I am unable to search for prices of part numbers. Best to call up Dell sales or spare parts and ask them.
