Hello guys!

I love my Dell Mini 9 and thought it was about time for an upgrade.

I just bought a 32GB Runcore IV PATA SSD and encountered no problem while swaping the SSDs.

Soon enough I was installing Ubuntu 10.10 on my new SSD, using a live USB key. Everything went fine, I left Ubuntu handle the whole 32 GB of the disk, and the install was soon completed.

The system asked me to reboot and then... nothing. Black screen with a blinking cursor, while the USB drive was continuously lit.

I tried the bios, and it said that I had no HD...
I'm using bios version A00.

Is my SSD dead? Must I upgrade my bios? Any ideas?
