I do need HELP.
Recently, I mess up my HDD with installation WIN7 from flashdrive while using the XP. After restarting, installation has not been finished, not access to flash drive and I am end up with : " A disk error occurred Press CTRL+... "
So I'm trying to use external DVD with bootable OS (Win7,Linux) and problem is, that DVD is not choice in BOOT menu. I can only see in BOOT menu flash memory, so I tried to boot WIN7 and no success.
How can I make the BIOS to see external DVD (its 100% working) ?

Usually the problem is that the DVD drive does not have enough power.
