That's certainly an interesting screenshot. Did you do a clean install or were you able to do an update?

I just tried it on a VM and didn't get that message.

If it turned out that 7600.16385.090713-1255 wasn't RTM then a hell of a lot of website will have egg on their faces, including those Microsoft employees.

We'll find out by August 7...

This message comes from Microsoft's servers when a "problem" is detected. It would not surprise me that they have not yet set it to remove that message, since it is pre-release.

It was a clean install. Hopefully it was just a fluke.
