I recommend against ccleaner - I have seen it corrupt systems. Leave that hidden partition alone.

windows 10 works fine on a dell mini.

just look in my signature for my dell mini specs.
(upgraded almost anything possible without taking it apart)
it runs like a charm with win10 32Bit, and 2GB ddr2 600mhz ram

ccleaner is a nice tool, but do not use it on hidden partitions, they are hidden for a reason, if you mess with them the system can get corrupt

it can still run 720P ".mp4" videos just fine, (MHCP takes max around 40%CPU 30% RAM)
the sound it produces trough its speakers are fine enough,

as for my battery it can run up to 9-10 hours
