Could you describe fan behaviour/loudness in normal office use? I am very sensitive here-dell mini 9 was perfect, but still to weak...

I am using my m101z now, i have used a dell mini 9 before also. slightly louder than the 9, not by much though. if the room is completely quiet i cn here the fan going when i play a flash game, otherwise i cant hear anything
