LCD cracked screen help. -

I have a Dell Mini 10 1018 and my screen recently cracked. The screen isn't physically crack but the inside it. All I see is stripes of colored lines and I dot know what to do. Can I just buy a new screen and replace it myself or can I give it to a store and they can replace it for me. I don't know what store though.
