Yep the M11x is alive and dangerous - have reformatted installed win 7 ultimate along with all the required drivers and she's going!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The main problem was getting the 5530 card stolen from the good old mini to work in the 11x - I have done an (adhoc) fix stolen the WLAN aerials to get the card to get a signal and also had to install the GPS drives found on the mini 9 forums along with the Ericsson control point software - for some reason the OS is not simply finding the WWLAN card by itself - oh well give me some time and I will sort it.
Will strip out the aerials from the mini 9 and fit them in once I get home but....
