My streak 5 contract is about to run out. I love my pay monthly streak and want to continue using it. I Contacted my supplier O2 to be told that they no longer supported it and would not unlock it for me. they suggested I try contacting Dell. I contacted the Dell department (UnlockCodeRequest@dell.com) only to be told they don't unlock as this device is from the Europe region and I should contact O2.
I am being forced to use O2 so I have no freedom of choice even though they don't support my streak. Why should I be forced to pay them or get an illegal unlock code.
