true, but Ultimate also has the bitlocker drive encryption that I dont think that Pro far as Aero goes check this link:

it looks really nice on a 1366x768 HD screen.but it does take some system resources to run and some dont run it.. but if you fine tune your system enough and get rid of other crap you dont need it frees up enough RAM and Aero runs fine, you see that problem is that many expect these Minis to run like their Laptops and the bottom line is that they dont....once people accept that and deal with the speed difference then there is no problem turning on some of the extras, I know that my 1010 aint gonna run like my 3.4ghz HP so I dont mind having the extras turned on because they look nicer, a lot of people also want their system to boot in like 3 seconds.....I dont mind waiting 30-45seconds, there is nothing I need to do that

not sure what you meant about SP3......Windows 7 is only up to SP1 and as far as Windows XP goes yes, SP2 will run fine, but it will probably nag you to update to SP3 anyway...
