Drives never show up as big as they are advertised to be. It's either because the manufacturer is using 1000 bytes instead of 1024 as a measure of Kilobytes, or because formatting and directories...

I bought a couple of cheap eBay power supplies; one to leave at work and one to leave in the basement. Never had any issues with them. They are cheap as dirt and work well.

I'm jealous. But an Alienware 11x isn't really comparable to the Mini 9, since it's much bigger and heavier. If I had an 11x I would probably still take the Mini 9 with me to coffee shops and places...

I've got a 32GB Runcore IV T-Style in my Mini 9. It's great. Super fast and doesn't get too hot. I would have no trouble recommending this upgrade to anyone.
