I have an original 8GB STEC SSD for the Mini 9. It's been zero'd out, no bad blocks.

Prefer Canada to ship (Toronto pickup). Can mail elsewhere if desired, but must pay for shipping..

costs would be from postal code "L4K 1T7". You can pick any service you want. Canada Post Letter would be cheapest. I'd put it in a runcore plastic package and then a yellow bubble envelope.
