Good news and bad news! You've probably had your head in the sand if you haven't heard about the fiasco that was the official O2 Dell Streak 2.1 update, which has certainly caused more bugs that what it's worth. So much in fact, it appears that O2 have actually pulled the update from their servers. There are rumours we should be getting a new update tomorrow, but with contradicting statements from O2 and Dell, who knows?

One thing that did bother many of the update adopters was that the PC Suite no longer worked with 2.1 devices, thankfully I can now report this has been fixed with a new version of the PC Suite to download (on your PC!).

Another piece of good news is that Dell have finally released the software source code for the Dell Streak, meaning that Android developers can get cooking their own ROMs! You can download the different binaries here.
