Default Alienware M11x Reviewed and Loved - 02-05-2010, 05:06 PM

The Alienware M11x has been thoroughly reviewed and thoroughly enjoyed by
technology websites HardwareHeaven.

The M11x was very well received and quotes:
[The M11x] "begins to impress as soon as it is removed from the packaging"
The M11x did well in every category they could review it in, including performance, battery, design and HD capabilities. The Alieware entry into the UMPC market seems to be the be-all-and-end-all of sub-notebook powerhouses.

There are also some detailed pictures, including some disassembly images and upgrade potentials, notably the hard drive, RAM and Wifi had easy access. The guys show off playing L4D2 and MW2 with some benchmarks too, well worth the read!

The Alienware m11x is now available for pre-order in the UK.

Very hawt!

I'm surprised they couldn't engineer a hidden hinge. That is cosmetically annoying.

I can't wait to see what others have to say with their benchmarking.

Makes me excited to see the possibility of a very full OSX desktop, Windows gaming rig on such a small form factor.

What are the "alien" characters on the A, S, D and W keys?

"Alien" language for left, down, right, up? (WASD being the default movement keys in many games)
