For those with OSX the terminal command to write it to a bootable USB drive is:
sudo dd if=/path/to/downloaded.img of=/dev/diskN bs=1m

/path/to being the place where your .img is located
/diskN being the identifier of your USB drive found using the diskutil list command

Oh, and you'll want to make sure you unmount the USB disk first using the diskutil unmountDisk /dev/(whateverdiskyoufoundoutearlier)

This did not work on my 9. I plugged in the LAN cable and when I try to sign in it says network connection error and invalid offline login. Anyone else get this working for them?

If anyone has this downloaded would they mind uploading it as a torrent and sharing a magnet link? This would be a perfectly legal and acceptable method to share the files without having to suffer through the painful 200KB/s download speed from the "original" source.

Also, thanks to Dunhamzzz for the news and those who shared information on how to write the .img to bootable USB on a Mac

I read at the Dell page describing this that you may need to wait a while (like 10 minutes or more) for the network discovery services to fully come up.
