The Direct2Dell blog just posted that the Dell Mini 9 is back on sale for the next 4 days only! Told straight from the Mini 9 itself, the Mini 9 was asked to come out of retirement for a short time only and it could only accept. The modding comuunity and our forum itself are both praised for their contributions to its lifetime. We are also assured this is certainly the last time we'll see the Mini 9.

From the configuration pages, the colours available are black, pink, green and white, your operating system can be either, and there are 3 SSD options: 4GB, 8GB and 16GB.

uhhh, why is it $239 base price for me even when the first page says it should be $199?

Unfortunately, they are not providing WWAN as an option. I think I'll pass until they do.

You have to add to your cart ... at checkout you should see the discount.

Huh... I bought one today, and the $40 coupon showed up in the cart, so it was $199. Then I added on the $100 Amex certificate I got with my credit card points and dropped it down to $99.

...then tax and other crap brought it up to ~$123.

If you don't see the $40 coupon, perhaps you need to clear your browser and try again.

I figured out why I lost the $40 discount. After my shopping cart was poplulate, I went back and changed the color from black to white. Even though these items are the same price, somehow it dropped the $40 discount.

I purchased my second Mini9 (white) since I already have an 'extra' RunCore 32 GB SSD with OS X on it. This way, for an extra $209 (I upgraded the webcam), I now have a White OS X Mini9 Mac and a Black Windows 7 Mini9. I know I could have made a 'dual boot' machine, but this way I can let my kids use the Mini Mac...

Does anyone Know the width and height in inches of the Dell Mini 9. Not the 8.9 inches diag. I havent bought one yet.
