The new sale was over at 6 am U.S. Central Time

and was in the form of an instant rebate of $40; so that $239 still appeared in some places as the advertised price. Still, the Mini 9 is there if you want it new and just as you like it. I thought they would stop taking orders on it with the end of the sale.

If you're talking about the outlet, yes, it usually pays to wait until something very close to what you want appears. They dump items in the database throughout the day.

Just ordered my mini 9 with BT and .03 camera and 4gb ssd. I will upgrade the **** out of it soon enough...I can wait to get a 32gb ssd and some RAM.......8-14-09 ETA

I ordered mine on the first day of the sale (7/23). Expected delivery date is 8/13. When I check the status, it says it is still in production. Seems like a long time to be in production. I've never had a Dell computer take this long to ship.

Just wondering if anybody has a status of shipped yet? I am anxious to get my mini and start modding it. I have all my accessories before I even have the darn netbook. haha.

8/13 for me too, and I also ordered the first day.

From my experience Dell has shipped all my stuff early.
This is a spare, so the time factor isn't a biggie for me.
