Two months ago I bought a 64 GB SSD
from RunCore for my Dell Mini 9. It worked flawlessly until two weeks ago when I turned on my mini and all I got was a black screen after the BIOS post and Dell initial screen. I then did the built in diagnostics and got the following:
Test Results : Fail
Error Code 0f00:0244
Msg: DSK_0 - Block 100270168-100270175 (8 block errors in all)
I sent RunCore a message 9 days ago via their support tab on their website. I received no response and sent another request for what to do 5 days ago... and nothing. I just sent another one in... but expect nothing.
I have not called them yet. Has anyone had similar problems with this company? If so, were you successful?
