Me again, Hi.
My 10v does not appear to have bluetooth fitted so I'm afraid I can't be any help this time.

Hi maria,
I too had trouble with the trackpad until I discovered the settings.
They are in System preferences->other->Trackpad
After I messed about in there it was much better.
