I've got a problem thats bugging me, can't get my external burner to power on! Its like its got a mind of its own switches on when it wants to... adapters fine & i know the power is reaching it because it heats up at the back but no sign of life. I tend to leave it plugged in overnight & if am lucky will wake up when its on... really strange,please help

Hi, I think you may be able to get a lot more for your site if you sell it as a domain with a successful site attached, than as a site with a domain. In other words, a place like Sedo.com or related site. You could possible make 4x the amount if not more. Sometimes domains by themselves sell for a lot of $$$ without any traffic pizza.com sold for 2.6 mill (yours may not get that much but 9k seems like very cheap price).

hey Matt..whats up...I was going through the Beginners forum and I notice that a lot of those posts really should be moved to another forum....some pertain to OSX and the 10v and should be in that forum, some pertain to dual booting and should be in that forum, others pertain to other forums and really should be moved there..also when you move something do you use the redirect or click on no direct?...just curious.......Rich

Hi - I messed up my Dell Mini 10v by accidentally doing an automatic OS 10.6.3 update and I'm desperate to get my machine working again. Right now it just gets caught in a loop and won't boot up. I tried reinstalling by following MechDrew's step-by-step instructions that everyone says works perfectly but I continue to have problems starting at step 15 (For USB Partition, select OSXDVD). The only option I have on the USB Partition list is "Mac OS X Install DVD", not "OSXDVD" like it says on the directions. I've tried this twice so I know I'm following the directions perfectly. Any ideas why this might be happening?

I tried to continue on anyway and when I put the USB key in the Mini 10v and started it up, I pressed the F12 key and I did get a grey screen, but it did not have my USB drive name, icon, and a progress bar.

I'm really desperate to get this machine working again. Any ideas what I can do? I'd appreciate any help you can give me.
