I am trying to output 720P and 1080P from my mini 10 via HDMI. When I plug in the HDMI cable it looks fine on the Mini 10 but is laggy and the picture is beyond poor on my HDTV. Any Solutions?

I need some help in order to see 720 p on my dell mini 10.
Can you please tell me which powerdvd shall I use to solve this problem, because now I use Powedvd9. It is true that I can see a mkv file with my powerdvd player, but without subtitle. In WMP 11 can play only the sound.
I tried with media player clasic to disable x264 filter and to put cyberlink filter but I cannot find a x264 filter form Cyberlink.
Can you plese help me?
