its ctrl, alt & up arrow ....you can also use the right arrow to flip that way or the left arrow to flip that way...and ctrl, alt & down arrow to go back..thats the way it is on my Mini 10, the 10v should be the same
In response to your question about screen rotation, see here: Graphics - Rotation feature. Also, I believe Intel graphics use "Ctrl+Alt+Arrow Key" as shortcuts for screen rotation by default.
