Default Errors

I'm having the same problem as MiniCake. Anyone figure out how to fix that? I've tried formatting the OS X HD(a Seagate FreeAgent - 500gb) as both GUID and Master Boot Record - both have the same error. I'm using OS X 10.5.

Any help would be appreciated!

Hey Guys,

come'on tell us the trick to install OS X. Where is our mistake?

During the "Syslinux-Boot-Process" an error message appears for a second that says:
"System config file '/com.apple.boot.S/Library/Preferences/SystemConfiguration/com.apple.Boot.plist' not found

Mmmhhhh?!?

On another note... did anyone else have the sound problem? And if so, has it been fixed yet?

Do you have tried the BootMaker method?
Works really good for me and I don“t need a PC.

Your video has inspired enough confidence in me to go ahead and purchase a Dell Mini 10v.

The only thing I am concerned with is that my Leopard install disks are 10.5.0 as I pre-ordered a family pack.

I know a little tweaking is needed to bump up to 10.5.7, but do you think there would be any difference if I installed 10.5.0, upgraded to 10.5.6 right away, then finished off the install like you did here?

Ordered a 10v from the Dell outlet and got it today - Main question is:

With this video guide does the OSX install disc have to be retail or can one use a 10.5.6 restore disc from my Mac Mini?
