Alternative "patch" BT method - 12-08-2009, 07:10 PM
The original thread is locked (thankfully) since 99% of the subsequent posts were due to the major/minor not matching up (one of the biggest with most things).
And, I think we're at the point where it is possible and most of us want to remain all stock on /, even if only modifying two nodes on a tree inside a driver.
Recently, one of the nice folks on ProjectOSX posted a great guide on how an "injector" works. I had only used ones given to me in the past, but it is really just as easy and you get away with a stock setup. I have a BCM92* (common at bestbuy and such) that has never worked with trying to match up the driver numbers.

The stock file offered has a working 64-bit awaiting your Info.plist mods.
It won't stop all questions but at least give people an insight on how to fix/solve the very little things NBI has not already done
