Trust me, I know this belongs on stackoverflow or IRC. In 10.5, I recall only being able to go back via Carbon and use AE to get an array of window coordinates.. so assume AE can now be called bidirectionally from Carbon?

However, I wanted to shoot the idea around because I would think that it would be taxing subscribing to this many notifications of some sort. And, I assume to realistically resize(virtually scale) 25% of windows would not respond via AE because they're fixed? (learning cocoa right now so my terms are not up to bar)
