Default Does Ubuntu/Linux on Dell Mini 9 support VGA 1920x1080 Resolution? - 08-09-2011, 08:14 AM

Anyone tried it? I have one 22" Acer External Display (DVI/VGA) and not sure should i buy mini 10 with HDMI or mini 9 with VGA Port. Mini 10 with hdmi is hard to get here in Europe...

Ok, i just read here it is possible:
VGA Out: Maximum Resolution
So, my question would be-how good the picture is?

That was interesting, I just tried it on a Dell 20 inch monitor & it looks pretty good. I didn't know it would support that resolution either. It does make my Mini 9 look really small

My son has a Mini 10v if you are interested, I could hook it up too.
