I never tested it so wont know it will work or not but worth to try, good thing I have a friend using macbook so I just borrow his macbook for making the installler USB disk

You'll want to look at Parts G & I. G describes the older method to installing via Windows (I haven't come up with a good replacement yet so I've held off rewriting it.) The only problem is that most 8 GB drives lack 100 or 200 MB to fit the whole DVD this way, so you'll want to use 16 GB if possible. If you must use 8 GB, there is a way, which is described in Part I, but it is very tricky and more likely to fail.
