Bear with me here--the Mini9 was the best hackint0sh netbook of all time, and Dell up-and-discontinues it with no warning.
The stated reason was that they wanted to move people onto the Mini 10. Fine, fine. Better keyboard, better monitor, all good. But the Mini 10 is completely useless as a hackint0sh. Okay, so Dell doesn't care about the modders, fine.
But just as they were discontinuing the Mini 9, they introduced a NEW laptop, just as hackable as the 9--the "10v"
10v? I never did buy that "v" for "value" thing. I mean, why not "10 lite" or "10x." Everyone likes a good "x." But "v" ... hmm... "v" is the roman numeral for "5". So 10v means 10.5? As in, OS X Leopard?!?
Gasp! A hidden message! The 10v MUST have been designed to be THE PERFECT HACKINT0SH!!!!
