Default calibrate monitor in syst prefs? - 06-04-2009, 05:08 AM

has anyone calibrated their monitor in system preferences under displays/color?

does it mess up the custom kexts that we have worked so hard to perfect?

my 20 inch acer on my desktop is calibrated and the colors are stunning next to the mini display.

There are a few threads about this. Yes, a bunch of us have calibrated our displays. Some have even used professional calibrators and have posted their color profiles, and they make the screen look a heck of a lot better than the uncalibrated screens. The best thing to do would be to get a color calibrator and calibrate to your specific screen, but using one of the posted profiles is the next best thing.
