Default Occassional kernel panic message at desktop on startup - 06-03-2009, 10:43 PM

I've had absolutely no issues with my install of Mac OS X aside from two instances where I boot up normally but get a kernel panic restart message layered on top of my wallpaper. I have the latest updates for everything, latest version of DellEFI, all the stuff in the bios turned off ect.. The two times it has happened I've simply restarted and it has been fine, but I'm really curious as to what is causing it -- I'd hate to one day be doing something and have the system require a restart, although I've had it on for hours and never had such a thing happen yet.
