Default USB issue. Need help. - 05-25-2009, 07:15 AM

So i have a dell mini 9 running os x. Everything works great except for the fact that my usb ports dont work unless i boot up the machine with usb devices in them. So basically if i boot up the netbook without anything in the usb ports and then plug in a flash drive, or a mouse, the laptop doesnt see it. it doesnt even light up any leds on the flashdrive or mouse. is there any way to configure this so that i dont have to boot into the os with all of my usb devices in their respective ports?

I have 2gb ram and 64gb ssd. if that is of any assistance.

Only suggestion I'd have is to re-run DellEFI, twice. First time custom and remove dstl file then reboot. Second time custom and install dstl file and mini 9 extensions and another reboot.
