Default How to fix "operating system not found" - 05-12-2009, 03:03 PM

Hey guys, my ssd killed itsself a while back and dell fixed it and sent me a new one. Upon trying to reinstall osx I got the os not found real tek error again. I figured out that if you keep trying to boot from the iso cd like 4 or 5 times it will eventually allow it to run the boot 123. Just hit escape than 80 than enter. It worked for me allowing it to boot the copy of osx on the ssd. So If some how your boot gets corrupted you could technically try and boot the iso and reinstall or hit -f to reinstall all of the kexts. Just thought it may help some people as I panicked when it happened.
