Now that the mini 10 can be equipped with a proper N270 and Intel GMA 950...are there any other concerns that make an OSX install impossible? The multi touch trackpad perhaps?

We wont know for sure until mid may when it becomes available, but anyone see any warning signs?

I just checked dell's website and unfortunately didnt see the 10v for the US.
The trackpad shouldn't be a problem, but It really depends on how it is connected to the os. If it's ps2, then it'll be fine. If it's via usb, then I cannot tell you (but If I had it, I would make the touchpad work). The rest of the computer could be a problem since it probably uses different hardware than the mini 9 (diff audio and bios / dsdt) so initialy the audio will not work and probably need a diff audio patch. Sleep should work, although some of those lower level functions might not (fn- keys).
If you do find one with the gma 950 in the US and send it to me I'll take a look... Actually, I might have to sell the mini 9 and upgrade to a 10v if I can find one.
