To me, the dual USB method was the easiest. It was painless, relatively quick - and most importantly - it worked.
I used the dellefi method described at this site, which has a very straight forward set of instructions:
AFAIK Richdmoore is right, and the only SSD's that have a connector built in are the runcores, although I could be wrong.
Make sure when you're done that you use some tool to reduce the OS footprint. If I recall correctly the full install on my drive was somewhere between 9 and 11 gig - there are several tools out there to strip out the ppc portions which REALLY reduces the overall footprint of the OS. I used xslimmer to selectively trim out of the applications. There's another one whose name I can't think of off hand (ppcstrip maybe or something like that) that will strip from more then just the standard applications, but I didn't try it. Using those tools you can greatly reduce the space used. I think just on the apps I slimmed I got back between 1 and 2 gigs.

P.S. it is fine that you have questions... but is it really necessary to emphasize your point by shouting at us in all CAPS :? :?:
