If you really want to, you can just copy the kext over the one located in /System/Library/Extensions/ and rerun dellefi and telling it to reinstall the extensions. This will patch the newly installed 10.5.0 version. If you don't want to go that route, you can always look at the dellefi source code to see what command it runs, and then do those manually. There are only a few commands that you need to run (maybe one or two), but I don't know them off of the top of my head.
