UPDATE from my previous post:

It seems that gptsync converts from GUID to MBR. Between that and the deletion of the 100MB boot partition Chameleon will not reinstall as it expects the GUID or 100mb partition to be intact. Also - disk utility is a mess after the Windows 7 install.

I will try this again one more time before I give up and try a completely different method.

I am using OSX 10.5.8 and Moblin, but I am not able to get a dual booting system.

- Installed OSX first, with netbookinstaller. GUID layout (sda1 EFI, sda2 HFS+, sda3 fat (will be used for linux). Works great.
- Installed Mobilin from USB on the free partition (sda3). Formated to ext3. GRUB on sda3, not on sda1 or sda2) Reboot - works. Grub is my bootmanager now.
- booted in OSX with netbookinstaller USB Stick, reinstalled netbookinstaller. reboot.

Now I am able to statr OSX, but the Linux partition does not appear in the Chameleon menue. What am I doing wrong?

Edit: I have found the solution:
"chameleon shows ext2/3 partitions if and only if a bootloader is installed to that partition. (see LILO/grub manual on installing to partition and not MBR)"

But how do I manage this? I am not ablt to set any options while installing Moblin.
