With two finger scroll you can scroll a page by sliding two fingers down the trackpad. If that works than your install was a success.

You must have Dellefi 1.1, you can download it on the forum the scripts will not work with older versions. I still don't have an answer as to it working with 1.2 or not.

ok roger that.

does not work. i ran the script, see it on the sys pref pane, variables do not affect trackpad. i ran Dellefi 1.1 again, rebooted, then ran Dellefi again. still doesnt work. Keyboard & Mouse sys pref controls trackpad settings.

Hey, I was away on vacation, so I just read the post. I will attempt this re-installation later, as I am at work and left my "MacBook Mini" at home.

If you ran Dellefi 1.1 again you need to also reinstall the trackpad scripts. The trackpad drivers will be overwritten by the new install of Dellefi. Also I am not sure if it makes a difference but the machine I test on the Dellefi files are not hidden. If you are having problems try un-hiding your Dellefi info.

Sry to quote myself, but I re-installed DellEFI, re-installed the touchpad installer, and it worked like a charm. I had to lower the settings because the touchpad was all wonky, but now its working like a charm.

FYI, works equally well on a Dell Vostro A90 (with OS X 10.5.6 and DellEFI 1.1 Final)
